Our silk inserts are one size.

Please hand wash, with detergent and luke warm water leave to soak for 5 minutes, rinse with cool water and hang dry.

Our silk insert fits most helmets, please check our video to check it the insert is suitable for your helmet.

Helmet requirements

We’re happy to help if you receive a product that is faulty in this case, we do accept returns.
Once your return is on the way, please share the tracking number with us so we can keep an eye on it. Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes, will need to be covered by the sender.

If your helmet does not feature loops at the top, there will be no place to secure the insert. Please refer to the image below for reference. If your helmet resembles the example shown, our Slim Fit Helmet Inserts will not be compatible with your helmet.
