SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing. All orders are processed and dispatched within one business day (same or next business day) after payment is received. Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party fulfilment centre.

Shipping & delivery. We ship worldwide using tracked international shipping. Once dispatched, estimated transit time is 5–10 business days for most destinations. Estimated total delivery time, from order to doorstep:
• United Kingdom & Europe 7-10 business days
• United States & Canada 7–12 business days
• Australia & Asia 6–10 business days
• Brazil & Latin America 7–12 business days (customs clearance can add time)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote destinations or customs processing may add a few days.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer.
